WC Buena Vista Chardonnay 2020 14%

The Carneros appellation's geological diversity allowed for hand-harvesting of grapes according to ideal ripeness and flavor maturity.  Whole cluster pressing, 100% barrel fermentation, and secondary fermentation were all performed on the grapes.
